You will be taken to Vance Healthcare application for Login.

If you are new patient and have not registered with Vance Healthcare you can click on the register link to register for a free account by using your email. Email log in instructions will be sent to create the account. Please check your inbox and junk folder to look for a log in link from Vance Healthcare. Use the link to set up your account.

In case you have already registered, please login by entering your email. Please wait for the login link to be sent to your email. Check your inbox and junk folder for the email from Vance Healthcare. Click on the link to log in to your account.

Click on New Case to create a case file for your problem

Follow step by step to start a new case for yourself or on behalf of family or friends.

Choose a Specialty. Enter your complaints.

Upload any current prescriptions or documents that you have regarding your case. These documents can be uploaded directly from your phone or laptop using the upload button. All pdf files and images are supported. Please enter details of file with date. If you are unable to upload on your own, please click on I need assistance and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.

Click to proceed to the need step. Once your documents are uploaded, you can will be asked to read and sign our waiver form. You can directly sign on the app using your finger (for touchscreens) or your mouse. You can also manually download and sign the form. Remember to upload it again if you prefer the second option. A signed copy of this waiver will be emailed to you. Proceed to the next step for payment.

You can preview your case. The next step is payment which can be made through Gpay, Credit card, UPI. If you would like assistance, or would like to pay in cash, a member of our team will be in touch. Once your payment is complete, our team will receive your file and you will be assigned a case file. You will be contacted for an appointment within 48 hours. You may reach out to our team at any point using Contact Us.
