Can I schedule my own e-visit? 

No. Our local team will schedule the visit based on doctor availability and a mutually convenient time between you and your doctor. If you have any questions about this, please contact us via email or whatsapp.

Can I cancel or reschedule a visit? 

Yes, we understand you may need to cancel or re-schedule. Please contact our local team and let them know that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. They will help with the process. For cancellations, please see our cancellation policy. Similarly, in case of emergencies, we may also have to reschedule your appointment.

What if I need an interpreter? 

Interpreter services will be available. Please let our local team know in advance.

Is there technical support if I have questions or problems with the technology?

A US Specialist Consultation refers to a session in which a patient consults with a medical specialist practicing in the United States for expert evaluation or opinion regarding a specific health concern.
It typically includes: Detailed assessment of a particular health condition or symptoms, review of relevant medical reports, imaging, and test results, diagnosis clarification or second opinion and specialist-guided management plan, treatment options, and follow-up recommendations.

Who is the Inpatient Admissions Consult for?          

Imagine your loved one is admitted in a hospital in India and you have uncertainties about what is going on. We will review the case summary (provided by you), understand what is going on, talk to the relevant doctor in the hospital (if they are agreeable) and act as a liaison between you and the local medical team

What is Health Maintenance Visit for?

A US Health Maintenance Discussion refers to a structured teleconsultation focused on preventive healthcare guidance. It typically includes review of current health status, lifestyle, and risk factors, discussion of ongoing medical issues and chronic disease prevention, recommendations for screening tests, vaccinations, and routine monitoring, medication review and adherence counselling
and guidance on diet, physical activity, sleep, and overall wellness. These discussions are non-emergency, preventive in nature, and are meant to help individuals maintain good health, reduce risks, and stay updated with recommended health practices.
